Waste Cooking Oil: state of art on a circular economy view

Within the framework of the INEST Spoke 6 conference: Tourism, Culture and Creativity, on Monday 15 January Crossing presented, at Ca’ Bottacin, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, the work titled “Waste Cooking Oil: state of art on a circular economy view” aimed at the recovery and reuse of used cooking oil for the creation of “Second Life Products” with high added value.
