RETASTE: Rethink Food Resources, Losses, and Waste Third International Conference

Crossing will participate in RETASTE, the third edition of the international conference “Rethink Food Resources, Losses, and Waste” which will be held in Athens, Greece, from 27 to 29 September 2023.

The President Prof. Valentina Beghetto participates in the scientific sessions as co-chair of the session “Alternative Water Resources, Wastewater Treatment and Sustainable Food Systems” and with the presentaion “Agrifood Waste Valorization for Bioplastic Composites and High-Value Chemicals”, where she will present the Life RESTART project (LIFE21 ENV-IT-LIFE RESTART 101074314).

Riccardo Samiolo participates, within the framework of the conference, in the Smart Innovation Symposium, an event dedicated to the research and innovation of SMEs, with a presentation on the most effective spin-off and start-up models.

RETASTE is an event dedicated to scientists, entrepreneurs, and organizations in the world of production, distribution and consumption of food products, with a view to presenting research and innovation in the fields of the circular economy, reuse and management of food waste.
